Project Experience    

(UX/UI Design Lead),  Bank of America (2010 -2015)

I have lead different kinds of user experience projects involving a large spectrum of user base, line of business and teams of varying sizes at Bank of America. Here are some of the important projects I have been a part of:

Mobile downloadable app

• Designed user experience and product flows with in the mobile app (BOA 5.0) to enhance user experience that increased user base.

• Was part of the 25 million challenge – to encourage 25 million users to download mobile application - Created strategic campaign to enroll more users.

Responsive Home Loans application

• Designed responsive application for users to apply for Home loans via mobiles/iPad devices.

• Responsive pages helped users to access the apps from various devices and saw a high rate of form completion.

Style guide for Bank of America

• Created mobile and desktop interaction style guide for Bank of America UX designers to provide a consistent user experience across platforms and applications.

• Bench-marking, standards and pattern creation were involved as part of this process.

Bank of America, Home page

• Been a part of User Experience design team responsible for creating and maintaining Bank of America Home page which is accessed by 30 million users

• Created design feature for specific products/campaigns to drive sales and increased visibility

UX Designer,  Clear channel (2009-2010)

• Created user experience for internal authoring system that helped users to collaborate the design and publish effort at Clear Channel. This online authoring system eliminated the traditional paper/book keeping model and introduced workflow mechanism.

• This resulted in increased productivity and better turnaround time for projects. 

UI Developer,  Telstra (2008-2009)

• Developed front end user interface for internal content management system. This helped employees at Telstra to manage their project and personal documents better.
